The dealer was pleasant and accommodating when we went there to buy our car. He let us drive the car on our own and we were happy at the agreed price. We were given a good package deal. We have some issues with the car and he was good enough to take care of it. Although there were instances that he did not arrived to our house to check or pick ip the car, he was apologetic when he finally made it. Being alone in running the business is sometimes overwhelming, though he sometimes forget he bounce back and finish the job. Overall, we are satisfied with the services rendered.

Really friendly and helpful here. No issue to drive the chosen car. Made a great deal for 2 trade ins against a nice Toyota. Very quick deal and very happy with the price overall. Don't expect any issues with the car but an 18 month warranty is included. Would happily recommend to friends.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 320D end of February 2019 advertised as excellent condition with new tyres ( 4 run flats) and 2 key fobs. The very next day I had electrical issues and stop start did not work. A few days later nearly all the warning lights came on such as check engine, service due, low battery so I contacted dealer who asked me to take to an East London mechanic from where I live in West London. I did this and mechaninc changed car battery, Diesel injectors and reset the other lights. A few weeks later I notice an oil burning smell and oil dripping on road under engine. I contacted dealer again and heater a few days of no contact and waiting he said to take back to East London mechanic. I had to leave overnight and collected next day. I was told Rocker Cover Gasket had been replaced. I took car back. After a few days notice oil leak is still there and to cut a long story short I have been back and forth with 2 different mechanincs but still not resolved. There are more issues.

Dear customer, I disagree with your comments and some of the issues raised in your feedback. In my advert, I have also clearly mentioned in my advertisement that the car is over 11 years old with more than 131799 miles. If you are not happy with the car, you should bring the car back during the first 28 days of purchase for a full refund? Our inspection revealed that there aren’t any electrical faults. Any problems with the car, you should have brought it back to me. We have our own mechanics and will fix the problem free of charge, if we can identify the fault. We have also offered a 1 year free warranty service and 1 year free AA cover for our used cars and you have not used that as well. How could we be responsible for some unauthorised mechanics work, he could have performed his work incorrectly. Before complaining you should first follow correct procedures. You have failed to do any of the above mentioned solutions. We have followed all the trade laws but you haven't.

Recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz B class, I have very little knowledge about the car but Mr. Vijay help me to select the good car within my budget. These are time wasters please don’t bother! I had a 2pm appointment after a telephone conversation only to be told the car was in the garage for a repair. The “showroom” was deserted and locked up at 3pm rescheduled time then this guy told me on phone he was 20mins away and hung up the phone. No sign of him an hour after before I drove away. I am worried how someone like this got into business or would conduct himself in other areas. This is definitely not the sort of people any descent person want to be dealing with especially for warranty etc.

I travelled from Southend to Ilford (about an hour) to see a Toyota IQ described as in excellent condition. It took 30 seconds to see a large chip on the bonnet, scuffed front left corner and primer also showing on the bottom of the bonnet. I didn't even bother talking to anyone as the traffic was so bad I had to head back.

This is not true. Even if this were true there would have been signs of this damage in the photos i posted. In the photos there is a clear that there is no damage or any kind of marks anywhere on the car. Thanks

I bought a Mercedes A Class car from Four Friends Motors today. I am very happy with the car and with the profession service that I received. All my questions were answered knowledgeably, one or two little things that needed attention were fixed on the spot, and all the paperwork was carried out efficiently. A small part that need replacing (a window button) will be ordered and sent on to me. I would be very happy to buy a car from them in the future. They include a comprehensive 1 year warranty and next year's MOT as part of the price. A good experience. Thank you.
