I purchased a Lexus from Four Friends and I was disappointed to discover the air conditioning system was not working in the car. I’ve had to fork out extra money in order to have this repaired. I don’t believe I have been supported when this was flagged to Four Friends and as a result I feel very much disappointed with my purchase .

Hello there, from my recollection the AC system was functioning completely well when the car was sold and was 100% in working order. The accident you were in shortly after which broke the bumper, radiator, air con condenser which effected the air conditioning system. There is photographic evidence. I gave you free 18 month warranty which covered air conditioning. On my advert, it states that if there are any issues with the car i will fix it. However, this does not apply accidents as you must cover that with your own insurance. Thanks, Vijay.
