Great service, I got my RX400 delivered on time from Vijay. He has a lot of different choices of Lexus RX. This was my first experience of buying a vehicle from a second hand dealer. I have to say I found the experience much better than anticipated. We had looked at various Lexus RX400h vehicles Vijay had for sale, when we got to the dealership we didn’t much take to the one we had looked to buy and set our sights on a different car. Vijay was very accommodating, nothing was a problem. I took the vehicle for a test drive and it was pulling to one side. I discussed this with Vijay he said it would be fixed before he delivered the car. Vijay delivered the car to Chelmsford free of charge and within 30 minutes of his estimated time. I have since valeted the car and I have to say I am more than pleased with the vehicle and the service Vijay provided. Yes the car needed a valet but everything costs money. I would much prefer a reasonably priced vehicle that’s needs a clean than an over priced one that is sparkling. Well done Vijay, I would recommend this dealership given my experience.
